It’s no secret that getting into the best colleges in the U.S. is incredibly hard for all applicants, but if you’re a woman, it’s a lot harder than it should be. There is a fairly wide gap between acceptance rates for men and women in a lot of schools but it is particularly bad when it comes to the schools at the top of the leaderboard.
